What an amazing
character Birdie has. A really great example of the earliest of Chad Valley
bears standing 17 inches tall 18 inches with ears. He has piercing
expressive amber glass eyes and the most wonderful Chad speciality.... the
great nose stitching. He is a happy bear with a friendly inquisitive
expression, he has fully jointed of course and his joints are slightly lose
but we decided to leave him like this as he poses so beautifully and
tightening them would in my opinion have spoilt his character. He has good
overall mohair coverage with some thinning but above 85% coverage. Very
handsome and a great early bear, he is sure to please a lover of great early
British bears. |
