A super example of the very hard to find and much admired Merrythought Panda bear from the 1930's This lovely Boy is in excellent all original condition with heaps of white mohair and black wool mix mohair. His facial features and realistic "people" eyes with white corners give him the inquisitive gentle look we associate with the really wonderful Pandas that are fast disappearing so sadly. He has no repairs or restoration of any kind, he does have a few tiny holes in felt pads but not enough to warrant repairs. Lovely face , standing 16 inches tall. A rare and admirable addition to any collection. Soft filled and with clean and fully legible Merrythought label and registered design label, A really great bear which is hard to find, even more so in this condition. |
