"Millie"

A sweet early Mohair burlap bear

Miss Millie is a very proper little bear, She has a rather upstanding attitude to life, that things should be done properly, and like a lady, She ahs an excellent coverage of short mohair on her burlap backing, which is nice to find as often these bears have not stood the test of time well, A really rich cinnamon colour with original features through and through. She is excelsior filled and has no wear to her jus tone repair to a seam on the back on her right arm, but this is not noticeable! She wears a very old hand  knitted dress with cardigan and soft pink mittens and some very early Millinery daisies to a jaunty angle on her right ear. a very sweet 10 inch bear c 1915 and of American Origin.
