After many years of thinking about it our family has built a property at my mothers favourite destination in Cyprus, at Pissouri.. Cyprus is a wonderful holiday destination, being a blend of what we know and what we dream of. Driving is on the left, road signs are the same as here and the travelling around Cyprus is very easy, all a blessing if you are looking for a stress free travelling experience! The villa is located equidistant between Paphos and Limassol, on the south west
coast of this magical Island. It is located on a private development of just 7 luxury villas, within 5 minutes easy reach of all the bay facilities and the old village up on the hill. We will be offering the villa for rental purposes to a
limited number of guests through the year. Each house is individually designed with breathtaking views over unspoilt countryside with olive groves, Orange trees and mountain views, It really is a magical place. We do not intend to use this is an open rental property but will be offering a limited 16 weeks a year to friends and relatives. This room leads out to pool terrace so is used as access and changing area for pool to avoid wet marble floors! Pretty Cypriot style gardens surrounding property and a spectacular huge pool terrace with uninterrupted views over open fields and outside shower, BBQ area., From here you can gaze at the mountains behind with Pissouri village at its peak and
plenty of areas to sit and relax or take in the Cyprus sun. The house is fully air conditioned ( available in summer months at a small charge per day.) Thus if you take the house out of the hot season, you are not paying for unnecessary air-conditioning. We shall be renting the property out at exactly half its full rental value for the 2009 season until the gardens become further established, so it is an absolutely fantastic opportunity to experience Cyprus at a great saving on full rental prices. It has
been a huge project for us all, but we are delighted with the results of this individually designed house. Good news on low cost flights, is that Easy Jet are now flying direct to Paphos from Gatwick and there are many many flights from most national airports flying into Paphos which is just 15 -20 minutes and Larnaca Airport is just one hour with a straight through road from the villa.
. The villa is designed to sleep 6 and we have not gone down the route of cramming 8 into a space for 6! However, we can arrange for extra beds for children if needed.
The villa is fully serviced by a management company and the contacts in Cyprus are ENGLISH!! Pissouri itself is a magical unspoilt place, with many well known restaurants on the Beach road. At weekends the Cypriots like nothing better than to visit the bay and relax and dine in one of the many quality restaurants. Although relatively small, it is totally self sufficient, with two supermarkets plus a smaller shop by the beach which stocks nearly everything you can think of! Numerous restaurants , one 5 star hotel
complex in a hidden location, A beauty Therapist, water sports facilities, DVD Video shop, Indian restaurant which is well know across the island, a Pizzeria, scuba shop, estate agents and banks, and lots of friendly people. Situated just 15 - 20 minutes from the airport at Paphos and 20 minutes from Limassol town, it is ideally set to enjoy the quiet location of the village and bay but only 20 minutes from all the main facilities at Paphos, We very often visit Paphos and its fabulous Historic areas plus of course Shopping!

us for AVAILABILITY OVER THE WINTER. Although it is cooler, Cyprus offers a temperate winter with plenty of sunshine, but not the grilling heat! The Island is an island of contrast, The Troodos mountains and old villages inland, are a real treat. We will offer information on suggested places to visit to see the REAL Cyprus! A car is highly recommended , in fact essential really as it is a short drive to the shops in the bay and
village, Not many kilometres, but quite hilly! Also there are so many wonderful places, private bays, secluded beaches etc, to visit in Cyprus, that a car is a must have! So please do feel free to contact us by email, you can even visit the Pyramids in Egypt for the day or Israel and the wailing wall! These trips are offered from Limassol port and as we are yet
